Well, I must say I am ready for school to end. I am sure that everyone is feeling a bit tired and ready for relaxation and vacations. I know I am. Between running to baseball practice, piano lessons, school, work, work and more work I'm just pooped! I will not be posting to much because I've taken on one more project that (I think) is a little overwhelming! I am scrapbooking for a lady that has several years worth of high school stuff. I will try to wrap that up as soon as possible so I can get back to my own stuff. As far as classes @ TM are concerned I am trying to finish up a class that will be held in June and then getting my stuff ready for the Creative Kids Camp that will be held in July. If you need more information on these two classes check out Janet's website. Stay tuned.

I Know... What Has Happened to My Up-to-date Posting
Well, let me just say...I know everyone is wondering why it's taking me such a long time to post. I really have not been scrapbooking much lately so I have nothing to share with you all. I have been very busy (believe it or not) working out and trying to get into shape for the dreaded bathing suit days. I have also been very busy getting ready for a couple of things that will be taking place at TM. First, I have my "Simply Western" layout class on May 10th. If you have not signed up yet give the store a call. I have a couple of spots left. I also am getting ready for the Kids Creativity Camp. I am looking soooooo forward to this. I think it will be such a fun way for me to create girly girl stuff (which I never get to do). If you have a child 10 or older I would love to have them in my camp. Check out the TM website for more info. Also, Drew has 1st communion this weekend as well as Dax's 2nd birthday party. I am getting my house all decked out with sock monkeys!!!

I've Been Busy
This layout I used Daisy D's rub on tape, Fancy Pants transparencies, Cosmo Cricket paper, Bazzil Photo Corners and different types of flowers.
All of my layouts turned out pretty simple, but I feel that it is important not to junk up a layout too much, because you want the pictures to tell the story as much as possible. I hope you enjoy and please remember I love comments.

Getting Ready for the Sock Monkey Party
I worked the Saturday night crop at TM last weekend and what fun I had. I really had a blast helping everyone. There were so many ladies cropping which made it a joy! I didn't get any layouts done but I did manage to finish this cute little banner for Dax's 2nd birthday party.
These pictures aren't the best but I used the Daisy D's sock monkey paper, and Cricket Base Camp font for the letters. I used brads and ribbon to attach each triangle and I inked the edges with a black dew drop. Hope you like it as much as myself. I am so excited about this birthday theme. It makes me wish I had themed his room after sockmonkeys. I have found so much stuff on the internet!!! The invitations are almost done, I'll post them when I get a chance.
